OHI San Diego

The Optimum Health Institute San Diego is a pocket of serenity nestled in an urban environment.  When the spiritual retreat opened its doors in 1976, it consisted of 11 guest rooms and two bathrooms in a tiny center on Greenfield Street in El Cajon.  Now flourishing in its Lemon Grove location, OHI San Diego celebrates its 30th anniversary with a renewed commitment to serve as a change agent for humanity.

San Diego Facilities
Flowers bloom year round at this southern California retreat, which also features an organic garden and greenhouse.  The chapel offers a tranquil space to meditate and read spiritual literature.  Emotional release ceremonies are held on the spacious lawn, and a hot tub and pool are available during free time.  Guests and adherents choose from double or private rooms, courtyard accommodations, or townhouses.

Each week OHI San Diego hosts 147 guests and adherents, 10 commuters, and 14 missionaries.
